Preparing Clothing Items

  1. Freshly launder all clothing

  2. FASTEN ALL SNAPS, BUTTON ALL BUTTONS AND ZIP ALL ZIPPERS.

  3. DO NOT PUT CLOTHING IN PLASTIC BAGS.

Hanger Position

  1. There is no specific hanger requirement, other than MAKE SURE HANGER IS BIG ENOUGH SO CLOTHES DON'T FALL OFF! After hanging, give the item a shake. If it falls off for you, it will fall on the floor during the sale. Shoppers don't shop off the floor and we don't have time to rehang.

  2. Infant hangers are for clothes newborn to 9 months only (at best). DO NOT USE THEM ON TODDLER, KID OR ADULT CLOTHES. You will be asked to rehang them at drop-off.

  3. PLACE CLOTHING ON HANGERS SO HOOK FORMS A QUESTION MARK (“?”) when looking at the front.

  4. If you don't have pants hangers, SECURE TO HANGERS WITH SAFETY PINS.

  5. Teen, Ladies & Maternity bottoms MUST be on clip pant hangers (not safety pinned to hanger) for shopibility. $5/25 clip pant hanger rental available at check-in.
